DescriptionIf you're looking for work as a Payroll Clerk, Accountemps has an opening that would allow you to join a dynamic, fast-growing team! Your responsibilities will consist of supporting the Payroll department in a variety of ways, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

Devise a system of administering and distributing reports

Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals

Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

Configure custom reports
