Job Description

Under the leadership of the Director, Diagnostics Pathway, Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), the Sr. Manager/Assoc Director of the Diagnostics Pathway provides support to and manages all day to day operations of multiple innovation and collaboration projects that develop screening and diagnostic solutions for therapies for AD and support launch of product assets in AD

- Provides project management support and is responsible for daily operations in multiple innovation and collaboration projects that develop screening and diagnostic solutions for therapies for Alzheimer’s disease (AD).

- Ensures that all milestones and deliverables for test, screening and diagnostic solutions are met in alignment with the launch plans for product assets.

- Provides project management and day to day operations support to an internal cross-functional team of diagnostics and commercialization experts. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners across the organization including Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Biomarkers, Regulatory, Research, Corporate Affairs (incl. Advocacy and Public Policy) as well as collaborate closely with colleagues in various region/affiliates.

- Provides project management support to external strategic partnerships with diagnostics manufacturers and ensures due diligence and delivery on all milestones to support the AD strategy.

- Partners with regional/country functions & leadership to prepare for local level diagnostic pathway launch, including onboarding, and input into and adoption of global plans and tactics

- In addition responsibilities include supporting projects on development of solutions to address healthcare system infrastructure limitations to ensure successful introduction of the product assets

Qualifications

Experience in :
- Global marketing, global launches

- Diagnostics development/reimbursement/commercialization and diagnostics partnerships highly preferred.
- Experience in Alzheimer’s Disease a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in complex matrix environment and drive alignment
- Excellent project management, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills
Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/diagnostics industry

Education :

BS in marketing/biological sciences
MBA preferred
