Multiple Needs - Technical Program Manager, Sr. Program Manager, Principal Program Manager
Title and compensation based on recent and relevant experienceAND is flexible for the right candidates
Experience working in the Biopharma industry in mechanical and/or software/electronics area is preferred Cross-functional experience, both with internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients Certification (PMP) is preferred Success in leading projects from concept through commercialization or completion is required Ability to easily communicate up and down Skilled with project/portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, etc Experience with delivery to the cloud using CI/CD approach Proficiency in utilizing the MS Office Suite (Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint) is required Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload Exceptional problem-solving ability Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Comfortable working independently Solution orientated Ability effectively integrate systems is required Well organized, self-motivated, energetic, creative and resourceful Strong leadership, management and team work qualities High standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance
