As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first impression of our hotel both over the phone and in person. Your role will include making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, serving as a local expert to our guests by providing them with great recommendations to the amazing things to experience in our area and ensuring our guests are 100% Happy with their experience at our hotel. Our Guest Service team is usually our guests main point of contact for everything they need while on vacation so this role is exceptionally important to our team. If you are outgoing and love to make people happy, this is a great fit for you!
