The Falmouth-Edgartown Ferry is seeking seasonal (Memorial Day Labor Day) ticket office help. We run four trips per day from Falmouth to Edgartown aboard one of our two ferries and we provide valet parking on site.
Responsibilities
Sell tickets via cash and credit, process reservations, and compile daily reports.
Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide friendly customer service.
Fill out car tags and park vehicles.
Assist with ferry docking including catching lines and unloading passengers.
May be required to work unusual hours for charters and special events.
Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Experience handling cash
Excellent teamwork and communication
