The Friendly Fisherman in Eastham is looking for experienced full or part time line cooks to join our team for our 31st season. Our menu is a fairly simple one consisting of mainly fried seafood, with our other popular menu items being lobster rolls, sandwiches, salads, and fish tacos.
This position will involve some daily food prep, being able to put out top quality food (even in the midst of a hectic lunch or dinner rush), and will require you to be on your feet in a hot work environment. You should be able to occasionally lift 50lbs, and be able to work some nights as well as weekends.
We are looking to hire someone with experience who is capable of working in this kind of environment. There will be a training period consisting of 3-6 shifts. The pay for training will be $16/hour, and after that the pay will be $18+ /hour based on your abilities.
