POSITION TITLE: Server
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Restaurant Manager
Wychmere Beach Club, Cape Cods foremost venue destination and leader in service and culinary presentation, is hiring a proven restaurant professional with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Wychmere Beach Club is seeking experienced Servers to work at our private, oceanfront resort. Candidate must be polished, professional, charismatic, great customer service, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. A minimum of 2 years a la carte experience is required. Must be 18 years of age or older. This is a seasonal position June Labor Day. On-site housing is available.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Uphold Wychmere standards.
Uphold proper service technique,
Uphold proper sanitary laws
Maintain highest of uniform, service and grooming standards, positive attitude, professional demeanor at all times
Set tables properly and efficiently.
Responsible to check with floor plan to make sure specified tables have the correct amount of chairs and settings
Serve guest efficiently always-maintaining highest level of service at all times.
Maintain stations including cleanliness at all times.
Ensure delivery of food and beverages is timely.
Responsible to know what food is being served at all times, including knowledge about allergies associated with a certain dish.
Go above and beyond for any guest or client needs.
Exemplify a solid work ethic, and promote a team environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years experience in hospitality industry
Require availability to work flexible hours and weekends
Experience with POS systems

Available all weekends
