SOUS CHEF- BLUEFINS of Chatham has a Position open immediately for Full time, year round Sous Chef. Qualified individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience at high end, high volume restaurants. Must have a good work ethic and have the desire to produce superior quality food in an efficient manor. Capable of ordering inventory, inventory control, prep work and working on a busy line creating top quality dishes. Sous chef will work under The Executive Chef and must work well with the existing staff as a team. Not required to make sushi.
