Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
The duties include but are not limited to: Handy person, Repairs, Property Inspections of the interior and exterior components of our properties, painting, light carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and manual labor.
Qualifications and Skills
Be comfortable with tablet or smart phone and working with online programs to process inspections and work orders in a timely fashion.
Must Haves:
-The ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues or propose solutions to management when needed.
-A reliable vehicle
-On-call responsibilities (typically every 3-4 weeks) and be capable of responding to emergency situations after hours and on weekends.
-Live within 30 miles of Provincetown so candidate can respond to properties within 30 minutes of being dispatched when on-call.
-Polite and capable of communicating effectively with customers and staff members and provide a detailed description of the work performed to the Maintenance Dept. each day.
-Organized individual is a plus.
-Lift 50 lbs.
