Looking for a part-time property assistant (5-6 hours per week in summer, less for spring and fall, even less for winter) for 2 home rentals in Chatham, MA. This is an important position that requires an overly acute attention to detail and to oversee that each rental is in top condition after the cleaning crew has left, and before guests arrive. The most important thing is that you are available for the turnover days (they change every week).
Responsibilities include: making sure the cleaners did their job, taking/picking up linens, noting supplies that are needed, and physically walking through the property before guests arrive.
