Cape Associates, Cape Cod's leading custom builder, is hiring for a Plumbing Administrator/Residential Property Management Division Support position. Duties include fielding plumbing phone calls, scheduling the plumbing staff, submitting permits and inspection requests, and creating work orders and billing for Plumbing Division and for the Residential Property Management Division. There may be other tasks assigned that support that division. Candidates must have excellent customer service and prioritization skills, be flexible and adaptable to a high-paced work environment and be extremely organized. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent typing skills. Accounting experience a plus. Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, with full benefits including paid time off, health, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance and 401k.
