Property Management company looking for in-house, Inspector, Maintenance person
Core Responsibilities:
-Home and Property Inspections
-General Repairs/Maintenance
-Grounds Maintenance ( Mowing, Landscaping,Snow clearing, etc)
-Must be able to self supervise, have effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills to be considered for this position
- Small to medium size projects during off season
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electric and ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Must be able to execute work orders and punch lists in a timely manner
-Previous experience with a Property Management Company a plus
- Must have valid driver's license
-CORI checks done on all employees
Other Tasks:
-Must be able to be oncall for after hours response to resolve customer issues and be in close proximity to the Provincetown to Orleans area
Specific Requirements:
-Familiarity with technology such IPADS, IPHONE ( Smart phone required)
-Good front end customer service skills
-Ability to part of oncall emergency rotation
