Children's fishing program on Cape Cod is seeking summer staff for our 2019 season. Minimum age 21, experience with children or summer camp experience a strong plus. Must demonstrate positive energy and the ability to interact with children (ages 8-13) to inspire curiosity and learning. This is a fun position that also requires hard work, long hours in the sun, and a constant state of vigilance with an eye toward child safety. Fishing experience is a plus but not required (we can teach you if you are willing to get your hands dirty). Background in outdoor science education or marine sciences a plus but not required. Must be comfortable on boats.
Position is weekly (Monday - Thursday with an occasional Friday), starting July 15th through August 26th. Approximately 15 to 25 hours per week. Wage is $17/hour.
