We are looking for a Quality check team member to assist us to inspect our Cape Cod Vacation Rental homes after each reservation departure. Our homes are mostly in Harwich and Chatham but we also have homes in the upper and mid Cape that will need inspection and also to deliver our welcome bags. Will need to document any home issues using smartphone camera, our checklists, and via our email.
This is a Seasonal Position-Sat June 22 -Sat Sept 14. You have committed to a total of 13 Saturdays.
Primary responsibilities include:
Weekly turnover walk thrus of our Vacation Rental Homes
Inspection of our homes to ensure all is operational and no damage has occurred (we give you a check list) for each home.
You will be in charge of checking 10-12 homes each Saturday.
Checking that our info sheet/ welcome book and other guest info is posted at the home.
Deliver our Welcome bags to each home.
You will need your own car, laptop top and your own cell phone for this position.
