Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties, Inc. is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager /Recertification Specialist for a portfolio of properties on The Cape. The properties consists .of 189 units in Yarmouth and Hyannis, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some nights and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include leasing and marketing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, tenant file compliance, accounts payable, work order coordination, and overall office management.

Your Qualifications

Previous property management experience is a required. Knowledge of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 programs are required. COS, C3P certification or equivalent is a plus. Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
