A successful, high-volume real estate sales agency is looking for a full-time Office Assistant. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, outgoing and professional individual with strong phone, computer (Microsoft Office), people skills and a Massachusetts Real Estate license. The individual should be a self-starter who is comfortable multitasking and working in a busy and upbeat office environment.
Workdays
Wednesday to Sunday; Full Time; 40 hours/week
Major job responsibilities would include:
- Update websites and listing information
- Write property descriptions, take photos/virtual tours/videos, format/upload photos
- Respond to sales inquiries by phone and email
- Set up sales appointments for agents and organize tour schedules
- Maintain contact database
- Communicate with agents, attorneys, town officials, contractors to assist with the sales process
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed
Skills / Requirements
- Strong computer skills (particularly Outlook, Microsoft Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a high volume business environment
- Physical requirements: ability to climb stairs, lift light items, maneuver furniture
- Driver's License and daily access to a reliable car for property visits
- MA Real Estate license is necessary
