The Assistant Manager will assist manager with daily operations of shop.
Responsibilities:
Greet and recommend services to customers
Manage technician workflow and the status of customer vehicle repairs
Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings
Order parts and inventory
Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience as an Automotive Technician.
ASE Certifications perferred
Automotive Mangement (service writing) experience preferred.
Must have valid Massachusetts drivers license.
Strong commitment to customer service
Honesty and Integrity is a must.
