5+years as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager/ Project Analyst familiar with agile processes
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to drive conversations with cross-functionally teams.
Ability to manage conflict and hold people accountable.
Able to support the off hours if needed.
Preferred Skills
Certified scrum master
Knowledge of Jira
