Great client west of Boston is looking for a Technical Analyst with a solid infrastructure background. Ideal candidates will have experience with Change Management and comfortable providing support as neeeded. Need to be able to work with cross functional teams within a large enterprise environment. .



location: Marlborough, Massachusetts

job type: Contract

salary: $30 - 40 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: No Degree Required



responsibilities:

- Provide support of new or changed Services into production.

- Will work with cross funcitonal teams.

- Escalate issues as needed to various teams

- Technical knowledge of ITSM functions

- incident and change management principles and best practices






qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
