Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and technical needs across multiple business units. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike. This is a permanent, direct hire, hybrid role in the Natick, MA area.
4+ years functional experience with SAP Variant Configuration is required, preferably with experience in S/4 Hana.
Other requirements include:
Experience defining configuration profiles and dependencies.
Experience defining variant tables.
Functional experience with integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM-PU) and Production Planning (PP)
Knowledgeable in master data across the SD, MM and PP module areas

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of business analysis experience
- Comfortable writing basic to moderately complex SQL queries, as well as technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tool)
- Background working with a variety of simple to complex projects
- Willing to take ownership, proactive, flexible, adaptable, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels in an organization
- Comfortable with Agile methodology
