SUMMARY As IntelyCare’s Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will create and lead the finance, procurement, and related systems roadmap, while working with finance leadership and the business to prioritize their needs. The ideal candidate will be able to establish the best practices for financial system use and ensures that these practices are used throughout the organization. We are looking for candidates who will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with poise and professionalism. ‌What‌‌ You’ll‌‌ Do‌‌ · Develop the financial systems strategy and roadmap to ensure dynamic, scalable, and sustainable solutions.· Support the development and administration of our NetSuite ERP to streamline processes and implement large-scale enhancements in alignment with our organizational goals.· Assist in the administration of additional Finance systems such as Adaptive (Workday), Abacus, ADP and act as SME from a technical perspective.· Document detailed process flows and use-cases.· Develop and maintains technical documentation· Drive requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical Business Users.· Work closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute through successful implementation, testing and deployment.· Maintain and resolve production support tickets. Troubleshoot problems, test and work with business to resolve any issues.· Support the Finance team during month-end, quarter-end and year-end process.· Develop change management process with the appropriate approval records and deployment strategy.· Help define the long-term strategy for financial systems based on business priorities.· Influence and drive the organization towards best practices.· Assist in cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements· Partner with Finance leadership, Accounting, Procurement leaders, and other PMs to ensure they have the right information at hand.· Identify opportunities for operational improvements across Finance & Accounting business applications and drive solution definition.· Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects. Who ‌‌You‌‌ Are‌‌‌ · Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science)· 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience· Ability to write Suite Scripts and maintain existing scripts· Proficiency in customizing forms, pages, and API integrations· Experience in building complex saved searches and reports· Develop custom workflows and support existing workflows· Possess a working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Order To Cash, Procure To Pay and Cash Management module· NetSuite Certification is Preferred· Well versed with NetSuite security roles and permissions· Experience with NetSuite and Celigo integrations· Experience with the following systems is a plus: Adaptive, Abacus, Bill.com, ADP, YayPay· Experience supporting Finance and Accounting teams· Experience writing BRD’s, Functional, Technical Specifications and UAT scripts· Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance - be an owner.· Implementation experience, issue management and resolution, and change management preferred· Be tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player.· Be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Experience in developing key controls for SOX Compliance and efficiently supporting Audits and controls Some of Our Many Perks · Monthly health and wellness stipend· Task Human App with 24/7 wellness coaches· Complimentary beverages, snacks and lunches catered twice a week· Summer Fridays· Competitive PTO· 12 paid company holidays· Commuter benefits· Benefits Hub discount platform· Opportunities‌‌ for‌‌ training and mentorship‌‌ We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
