SUMMARY As IntelyCare’s Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of duties to support the company’s hiring efforts of nursing professionals help fulfill the staffing needs of our clients (skilled nursing facilities). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain some experience in a high-volume recruiting role in a corporate setting.

What‌ ‌You’ll‌ ‌Do‌ ‌ · Facilitate candidate phone interviews using outbound call-center software.· Ensure timely communication with candidates.· Guide our candidates through the application, recruitment, and on-boarding process.· Collect and maintain interview notes.· Ensure that all nursing professionals are aware of our company and industry standards (i.e., professionalism and schedule adherence)· Submit reference and initiate background checks.· Process employment eligibility verifications for all oncoming nursing professionals· Provide back-up support to recruitment team.· Other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the group and company.· Other projects as assigned by head of department

Who‌ ‌You‌ ‌Are‌

‌ ‌· Previous customer service or recruiting experience desired, including internships.· Strong attention to detail and organization skills· Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook· Proficient with marketing/sales ops tools like Marketo, VanillaSoft, ConnectMeVoice,.· Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills· Ability to multitask and handle interruptions of work stream within a fast-paced environment.· Discreet, maintains confidential information.· Strong written and communication skills· May need to work weekends.· Must be professional, self-starter and willing to be flexible. Willing to come into the Quincy, MA office.· Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
