POSITION SUMMARY:

The project coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the client's Program Director. This position is highly visible and serves as a liaison between the Program and various stakeholders. The Program team is committed to creating and maintaining a best-in-class system that will meet or exceed federal ACA requirements, maximize flexibility, minimize the technical and operational support burden, dynamically adapt to changing rules, policies and legislation, and set a new standard in consumer ease of use and satisfaction.

responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide daily administrative support, including heavy calendar and meeting management.
  • Schedules meetings and coordinates conference calls.
  • Records meeting minutes, distributes and uploads to appropriate sources.
  • Act as liaison between team members, senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepares weekly executive committee and program status as well as monthly CMS oversite decks, including assembling and distribution.
  • Prepares slides, overheads, and handouts for presentations or reports.
  • Develops templates for decks, meeting minutes, reports and other standard communications.
  • Tracks action items, ensures that tasks and outputs are timely, and of the highest quality.
  • Understands the various organizations involved in the project and their interest s.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Responds proactively to requests for information .
  • Support to the Chief of Staff on ad hoc projects.
  • Other responsibilities/ tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent administrative experience. 3 -5 years of solid administrative experience supporting managers. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Experience working on multiple projects and deadline driven. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task with strong analytical skills. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, if needed. Demonstrated ability to show initiative and judgment. Team player and demonstrated collaborative approach. strong organizational skills Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,

strong PowerPoint needed, SharePoint and Outlook; working knowledge of MS Project and Visio a plus.
