Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a Helpdesk Support Specialist role on a contract basis. This role will be fully remote. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mainframe and Swift and be available to work 11 am-8 pm EST (including some weekend work). Provide advanced technical expertise in financial applications
Analyze, design, develop and maintain software applications to support payments
Work with vendor applications
Perform bug fixing, issues tracking, and resolution
Provide technical expertise during DR drills
Discuss technical issues with business analysts and testers
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
2+ years of experience in a support role
PayPlus and payments experience
Technical expertise across all application components and environments
Prior experience in SNOW
Mainframe experience preferred
