We are looking for an Associate Scientist / Sr. Research Associate to join our tolerance technology platform team which is responsible for developing and deploying the best in class immune therapies.
You will be working in our state of the art facility in Cambridge MA as a key member of our early discovery project. You will be responsible for building and characterizing a novel immunodulatory platform. By working with a dedicated team, the successful candidate will help create and analyze mRNA constructs and work on process improvements. Opportunities to innovate include removing immunogenic impurities to produce highly immune-silent mRNA constructs, optimize processes for scale and robustness, and build a pipeline to regularly deliver these constructs internally.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience related to preparative and analytical separations of nucleic acids for both production and characterization, as well as experience with mRNA synthesis or other enzymatic reaction systems. The successful candidate will be motivated by creating highly active therapeutic molecules for further characterization, as well as by supporting ongoing research activities within the autoimmune tolerance team.
