In this career position you work to exceed our customer's expectations by providing the highest standard of customer service throughout the loan origination and collection process.
We seek an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who puts the customer first. This is a fast-paced position that requires you to manage multiple priorities at once.
Duties:
- Coordinate loan applications throughout the underwriting process
- Manage collection activities and charge-off performance within the loan portfolio
- Interpret Excel reports to analyze Key Performance Indicators to drive results
- Provide and ensure excellent customer service
Experience preferred:
- Sub-prime Lending, Collection Management, Rent-to-Own Management
- Excellent ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritization and administration skills
- High integrity and uncompromising customer service values
- Proficient computer skills
Work Hours:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays!
- Branch hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm. Work Saturdays with a day off taken during the week
