The Field Supervisor is a part time seasonal position that runs through October through April. Your employment will include transportation and paid training at our facility in Massachusetts and payment for the transportation of the company vehicle to your home location and back to our facility in April or May. This is a great opportunity to earn between $8,000 to $15,000 and be part of a growing company, where full time employment is typically given to proven part time employees. Snow and ice experience are preferred, but if you have great communication skills and a desire to learn, we also provide hands on training to the right candidate. We provide you with the most hours in our industry along with a new F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units.
Job Duties:
Attend pre-season training
Conduct site visits and pre-season damage analysis
Establish great client relationships
Manage assigned sub-contractors within the geography
Solve any issues and/or non-performance
Assist in plowing operations
Provide field guidance when needed
Requirements:
Managerial experience
1+ years of snow/landscape/construction experience preferred but not required
Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems
Knowledge of equipment used for snow removal
Basic knowledge or aptitude to learn plow truck and sander operations
Hold current drivers license, accompanied by clean driving record
Ability to potentially work long shifts weather dependent
