We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, taking orders, and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, auto body, or other related fields preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and email
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Receive and enter orders and process returns
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
