Dependable Cleaners is seeking a personable, organized Retail Store Manager who enjoys working with clients. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for developing and working with the customer service/counter team to achieve sales and service expectations as well as delivering high quality customer service and garment care. This position typically manages 3 to 5 team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of associates that represents the high quality of Dependable Cleaners standards
Able to work in fast paced environment while engaging in daily customer service activities with team
Provide a clean, organized and inviting environment for both customers and associates
Promote community involvement
Resolve client's issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Manage human resource and administrative related tasks including hiring, onboarding, performance management, payroll and scheduling
Qualifications and Skills:
One or more years' previous supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant or customer service environment
Strong customer service skills
Excellent leadership qualities, training, team building and mentoring skills
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented work ethic
Ability to multi-task
Interest in and knowledge of fashion a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
