The Dental Assistant assists the Dentist by preparing the operatory in accordance with proper procedures; at chair-side during examination and treatment of patients, ensures that equipment is maintained in operating order and meets standards for health and safety, and implements proper and current infection control duties as per Agency procedures and protocol.
Position is 21 hours per week, days with some evening shifts until 8 PM. This position is located at the Harbor Community Health Center-Plymouth. We offer a comprehensive, affordable benefits package, very competitive salary, free parking and a great practice environment. Come join our team!
Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: High School Diploma with course work in business, biology and some chemistry, Computer literate; must have basic skills in windows environment, Current Massachusetts Dental Assisting License, CPR/BLS required, Dental Assistant Certification from an accredited program preferred.
