Harbor Community Health Center-Plymouth, MA is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care to a panel of patients including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions, management of acute illness, and referral for specialty care. The Nurse Practitioner shares responsibilities and collaborates with a Physician in the care of patients.
Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: Current Massachusetts NP License, Family NP with Current DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration and CPR Certification, two or more years of experience in a community health setting preferred.
Malpractice Insurance is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
Harbor Health Services is qualified for Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
Continuing Medical Education Stipend of up to $1000 and 5 days of leave per year
Reimbursement for initial and renewal costs of licenses.
