Busy auto repair shop in Hyannis is in need of an Automotive Tech/Mechanic available for full-time position.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:
Brakes, alignments, install tires, balance, repair, and rotate tires, use jacks, tire machines, clean.
Skills:
Applicant must have strong customer service and communication skills and be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Proficient in basic computer knowledge. Trouble shooting, listening and critical thinking skills along with manual dexterity and control precision.
MUST HAVES:
⢠Minimum of 1 year of experience with vehicle repairs
⢠Able to explain repairs to guests in a friendly, understandable manner
⢠Experience using store equipment such as lifts, welders, scanners and brake lathes correctly
⢠Own a set of tools and/or participate in companyâs tool purchase program
