Ram Jack New England is seeking a motivated, efficient, productive Crew Leader to lead a 2-3 person crew. Our services include helical/push piles, crack repair, repointing, and egress window installation for residential and commercial accounts. Positive attitude a must! Applicant must possess a strong attention to detail, construction knowledge, leadership skills, excellent customer service skills and committed to producing quality work. Advancement opportunities as our company is growing. We prefer experienced candidates but would be willing to train exceptional applicants.
Requirements :
Possess knowledge of construction/underpinning, establish rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a team player and have the ability to teach and train crew members.
Must have:
Hydraulics license and OSHA 30
Valid drivers license a must! Reliable transportation; willing to travel
M-F, No weekends. PTO, Paid Holidays, Health insurance and Sign on Bonus after 90 days.
