The applicant will be responsible for:
- Cleaning hallways, Basements & Apartments.
- Mowing the lawns and up-keeping with all property surrounding areas ( Free of Rubbish).
- Snow Shoveling & Sanding.
- Lifting & moving heavy miscellaneous items (fridges, stoves, bulky Trash, Washers/Dryers.)
- Painting units, and hallways (Must have knowledge in joint compound and sanding)
Wage: upon experience
All applicants MUST have own transportation with a VALID driver's license and will be subject to a standard background check, and must have updated references. Requirements are NOT NEGOTIABLE.
