Bar C Services llc, is hiring property preservation contractors.Pay is every week. You must have own transportation and equipment. This work will require taking detailed photographs and turning work in by due date.
Work includes, but not limited to:
- Initial Securing
-Lock Work
-Pool Securing
- Recurring Grass Cuts
- Boarding
- Winterizations
- Discoloration treatment
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Debris Removal
You must have the following:
- able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
- must be able to use PPW
- must be able to utilize email
- must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
- must be able to bid any/all damages
- must be able to photograph and document work
- turnaround time is 48-72 hours
- must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to follow work order instructions.
- must be able to fill out bids and completion notes to convey properties
