The Warehouse Operations Lead provides excellent customer service to assigned customers/projects. Coordinate and oversee warehouse work for assigned customers. Maintain accurate and current inventory records in accordance with customer and company specifications. Audit associate work to ensure accuracy. Ensure presence of supplies for each project. Report daily productivity to Manager. Identify root causes of customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Consistently adhere to and demonstrate company values, objectives and safety rules. Provide excellent leadership by example and through active listening and professional communication. Report issues to Manager immediately (mechanical / production / personnel).

Education/Experience:
High school graduate (or equivalent) required
Electric pallet jack and fork truck operation license required
Word processing / spreadsheet knowledge preferred
Warehouse management systems preferred
