DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and understand electrical prints.
Understanding of process controls.
Responsible for preventive maintenance of production process systems and equipment. Typically
Includes electrical controls, pumps, motors, compressors, pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment using available software or instruments.
Keep multiple processing lines running at full capacity with minimum down time.
Carry out assigned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
Provide input to maintenance team on condition of equipment and recommend service needs.
Display compliance with safety, quality and production procedures.
Assist production team in operations capacity as necessary, including shift coverage upon request.
