One of our manufacturing clients located in Attleboro has an immediate need for full-time Machine Operators. The ideal candidates will be self-disciplined, organized and have a minimum of two yearsâ experience in heavy machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
Pay rate: $16 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Operate production equipment meeting daily/weekly production goals
⢠Keep up with continuous production flow ensuring quality material is produced and transferred daily without accidents
⢠Provide preventive maintenance duties to assure no unplanned downtime including lubrication, adjustments and repairs
⢠Train/learn other machines and processes to be qualified for other company tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements/Must have:
o High School Diploma or GED
o Two yearsâ experience in heavy machine operation within manufacturing environment, preferably in hot bonding, rolling and stamping of metals
o Working knowledge of inspection procedures and measuring tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers)
o Strong mathematical thinking to calculate dimensions and tolerances
o Flexibility to accommodate changes in work shift schedule
o Excellent logical and mechanical thinking
