One of our premiere manufacturing clients has an immediate need for multiple Mechanical Assemblers in their Taunton location. This client is well known for producing quality automatic and semi-automatic net weighing and counting machines.
Work Schedule - Monday thru Friday with possible overtime on Saturday
Flexible hours between 6am and 5pm; must total 8.5 hours per day
WE ARE HIRING URGENTLY THROUGHOUT COVID-19 FOR THESE POSITIONS!
Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies and complete machines
Pull parts on build order pick lists, organize assembly area and build assemblies
Maintain a clean and safe environment through continued general cleaning
Perform and document quality checks at all assembly levels per company standards
Prepare machines for shipment
Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills
Knowledge and respect of shop safety
Able to perform physically demanding work
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour
