Operations Assistant

Responsibilities for Operations Assistant
• Work closely with the VP of Operations to oversee daily business operations spanning across 4 locations (Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver)
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Measure performance and provide reporting to upper management
• Help assuring inventory accuracy
• Monitor schedules and lead times
• Occasional travel is required
Qualifications for Operations Assistant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great interpersonal and communications skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Highly disciplined
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Great planning and organizational skills
