This is a permanent position
Swiss Machinist
The duties are as follows:
Setup, operate Citizen and a Star programming using Mastercam either at the computer or the machine
Preparation, setup and completion of new and previously run jobs
Analyzing blueprints and suggesting efficient procedures, operations or machining processes
Maintain close tolerances, conduct quality inspection of work
Make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot effectively and efficiently with little guidance due to avoid machines being shut down
Requirements:
Must have at least three years previous experience
Blueprint reading skills
Experience with hand measuring tools
Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines
The salary is $60K - $85K a year based on experience
The hours are:
Monday through 8am - 4:30pm overtime as needed.
