Transportation Motor Carrier is seeking a full-time Assistant for our busy, fast-paced Operations Office in Seekonk, MA.
Primary responsibilities will be assisting Dispatch operations staff with administrative tasks throughout the day:
-Data entry; scheduling pickup & delivery appointments
-Prequalify employment applications for review with hiring managers
Candidate must have excellent skills in customer service and organization. Must be a team player, capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with others.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in freight transportation
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Proficient with computers, electronics, including Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office.
-Ability to quickly learn various transportation related software
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, high-energy, very organized, ability to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
