Small company seeking a detail oriented individual that takes pride in their work and is able to work in a fast paced environment. The position is part-time, up to 16 hours per week over a 2 day period. Berkley office hours are a minimum of 8 weekly, at home hours 4-6 additional weekly. Compensation based on experience and candidate MUST POSSESS the experience and skill set list below for consideration. Must be dependable, professional, friendly, able to work well with others, good communicator and detail oriented.

Small nationwide nonprofit, with fast paced, atmosphere. The job is based out of a home location. Casual environment, pets in the work environment.

o Up to 16 hours per week, 8 hours daily, 2 days a week. . Work in the Berkley office a minimum of 8 hours weekly and at home 4-6 hours weekly

o A 30 minute unpaid lunch break is provided for an 8 hour work period.

o Pay is hourly and the pay frequency is bi-weekly, through direct deposit. Benefits are not available.

o Smoking inside or outside the premise is prohibited based on the Massachusetts Smoke-Free Workplace Law.

Essential Duties and Required Experience. Only candidates who meet this criteria including the software and technology experience will be considered. Resume must include a cover letter, and hourly wage range request.

Answering phones, sending texts and email, directing calls and taking messages

Processing paperwork, filing and scanning

Provide clerical and administrative support as requested

Data entry

Required Skills:

2-5 years experience in a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Professional, detailed oriented, highly organized, dependable and flexible.

Strong multitasker

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Intermediate Level

Experience with Google Drive/Sheets required. Basic to Intermediate Level
