HallKeen Management has an opening for a full-time Groundskeeper/Porter position to assist in maintenance duties at Ships Cove Apartments, Fall River, MA. Duties include, but not limited to daily cleaning of common areas and trash rooms, cleaning of vacant apartments, daily paper pickup, assisting maintenance team in moving appliances. Individual must possess a good work ethic, be a self starter and be able to do the job to completion with little supervision. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8AM-4:30PM.
