The Mathew J. Arruda Real Estate Group is looking for an extremely talented individual (or two) that thrives in a fast-paced environment to grow with our team. Our goal as a top producing real estate team is to provide first class service to our clients. The Apprentices will be acting as Real Estate Field Agents will be supporting Mathew J. Arruda, our staff, and our clients that are buying and selling real estate.

This new Apprentice Program is specifically designed by Mathew J. Arruda to train smart, enthusiastic, and hardworking real agents from the ground up. It is geared toward those brand new to the field, or real agents with some experience and time invested who have lacked the ability, exposure, or proper training to excel. The position demands an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, optimistic, has a desire to work in the field and understands the meaning of hustle. They must have strong attention to detail and clear communication and writing skills. In addition, the apprentice must be a team player and have a flexible schedule. The Real Estate Field Agent will be responsible for coordinating showings, inspections, and providing excellent top-notch service to our clients, agent and third parties.

MANAGEMENT / REPORTING JOB FUNCTIONS:

-Support prospects and clients by coordinating showings and greeting them at properties and communicating with staff about clients questions or concerns

-Coordinate photographer schedules

-Coordinate inspection schedules - home inspections, agent inspection, buyers final walk through, and other applicable inspections

-Manage Open Houses “ set up open house signs, host open house by passing out flyers and collecting possible buyer leads and presenting the Mathew J. Arruda model to attendees. At the end, secure property and pick up open house signs. Finally, communicate to staff the turn out and any feedback or questions from attendees.

-Facilitate lead generation and follow-ups upon proper training.

REQUIREMENTS

-Valid Real Estate Salesperson license

-Continue to maintain license in active status throughout tenure

-Valid driver's license

-Open full-time availability

-Basic understanding and continuous monitoring of required real estate forms and disclosures

-Excellent attention to detail and organized

-Strong and clear communication skills

-Time Management Skills
