We are seeking an insurance salesperson. We are among the Top 30% of all agencies nationwide and we have offices in four Northeastern states. We have numerous direct appointments with insurance carriers and widespread agency licensing. We will assist with marketing and training.
Candidates must be professional and ambitious and willing to learn. Must be licensed in P&C insurance. Must be good with people and MUST HAVE PRIOR SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE. (Please do not respond if you have no prior successful sales experience. Prior work as a waiter or bartender does not count as successful sales experience.) We can pay more for the proper candidate.
Must be good on the phones and be a good communicator in person. Must be able to set appointments and be presentable. Must have a great work ethic and be willing to put in time and effort. Must have grit. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. But, the timid or half-hearted need not apply.
We will help you - but you have to be willing to help yourself. If you aren't willing to do what it takes to get to the next step in your life - then please do not respond. We want to help someone else climb this ladder, but it takes effort.
To assist you as you get started, we will pay $2,500 a month plus a generous commission package. This is a great opportunity to grow with us. Insurance is a billion-dollar industry because insurance is mandatory for most people (Home, Auto, Workers' Compensation, etc...). A six-figure income for you is realistic within 5 years. (Others have done it...you will meet them during the interview process.) This is legitimate.
