We are currently looking for a Full-Time Leasing Agent for two of our beautiful Apartment Communities in MA - Chestnut Farm & The Retreat Apartments. This position will be split between these two properties
The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing apartment homes by setting appointments, greeting and qualifying prospective residents. Demonstrating community features and benefits to help prospective residents make the decision to lease at our community. This position plays an important role in the team and ensures the continued satisfaction of current residents by assisting with individual inquiries, service requests and resident appreciation events.
Job Preferences:
The ideal candidate will have sales and/or customer service experience.
Will be Dedicated, Organized, Flexible, Detail Oriented, Friendly and be able to Multi-Task.
Must have the ability to read and understand English (to speak with and understand management, to read our policies and other company related materials).
Past leasing experience is appreciated.
