We are searching for a versatile, detail oriented, self-motivated multi-tasker to fill our available Loan Processor position.
The Loan Processor is responsible for receiving loan packages from Fed-Ex daily, reviewing loan contracts and supporting documentation for proper execution and consistency with stated qualifications and underwriting guidelines. The Loan Processor will work with our potential borrowers to satisfy all funding stipulations, working with the Loan Officer to close the loan as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED â Associate or Bachelor Degree is a plus and moves you to the front of the line.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Loan closing or banking experience a plus, and moves you to the front of the line.
- Office experience preferred.
