Position Descriptions:
Community Manager
o Manage daily operations of the apartment community
o Increase overall profitability of the property by decreasing delinquency and increasing occupancy
o Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills
o Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the office
o Promote opportunities within the company and build and train your team
o Must have 3-5 years management experience
o Property Management experience preferred
