ARCHWRIGHT, a Duxbury | MA based high end residential construction firm, is seeking an experienced lead carpenter (Super Renovator) with extensive renovation experience handling multiple projects. From framing to punch list, you will be working alongside company owners, Project Managers and clients. Duties will include layout, perform hands on carpentry, directing site crews, maintaining a safe work site, managing subcontractors and suppliers, as well as other necessary tasks to complete projects in timely fashion.
Candidate must possess the following:
Frame to finish carpenter with an eye for detail.
Helps keep the job site clean and execute safety programs.
Perform hands-on carpentry and building tasks.
Problem solver.
Assists with project stock lists.
You may be the Team Member that we are looking for if you:
Have framing to finish carpentry skills.
Must have 5-10 years of field experience in rough and finish carpentry in a residential construction environment. Computer skills a plus.
A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License is preferred.
Can develop effective relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors.
Must possess leadership skills and have the ability to oversee projects.
Must have own vehicle and able to travel throughout the South Shore, Boston and Cape.
